Beating jetlag

Woohoo…I don’t think I have ever been so happy to wake up at 3:45am before!!!

Why you may ask…am I happy to be awake at witching hour?!?!

Well, as I am such a nice person I will tell you…It is because 3:45am in Kuala Lumpur is 5:45am in Toowoomba and that is where I will be about 30 hours time!

And at this present moment my plan is to be waking up at 5:45am each day once we are home and going for walk or a bicycle ride or a swim after all, if I can get up and walk for hours and hours every day for day in Europe then surely I can do 30 minutes of exercise every day at home…absolutely, of course I can…and I will…I will…I will…

And because said walk will not include sitting down for a 2 course lunch, followed by a stroll while eating an ice cream on our way to a restaurant for a 3 course dinner, then surely it will have to start to make a difference to the size of my calves, thighs, butt, hips, tummy, breasts, arms, neck and face…

And that this time next year I will not be wishing that I had been fitter and healthier before I started our holiday!

Speaking of our next holiday…it is tradition of ours to work out the basic idea for our next holiday before getting home, so that we have something to look forward too! This time, we have decided that we would like to go on a cruise, to somewhere that has a beach, where we only have to unpack once but get to see a few different places along our journey!
