Where: The footpath at the corner of West and Alderley Streets in Toowoomba
Why: 2 years ago I made a commitment to myself to get fit and healthy. I have been pretty good most of the time, but have let things slip a bit…so this is me renewing that commitment.
What: Running (or at least jogging) from home to work… 4.4km It took 32 minutes, which I was pretty happy with…I ran the whole way, except for this brief stop waiting for the lights to change!
